Aiming at the difficult problems associated with the roadway large deformation in the coal mines with 1000m depth and soft rock, Based on the geotechnical and engineering conditions of a maingate of 121302 isolated island longwall panel in the Kouzidong coal mine of Huainan Xinji mining area, the large deformation forms of the roadway were revealed, and the process of support exploration and successful experience of the deep soft rock roadway support were introduced. The technology and principle of bolting-meshing-shotcreting + cable suspension beam + interval circulation grouting suitable for deep soft rock roadway were put forward and carried out. The results were conducted that the strength and integrity of the coal pillar were significantly improved by the interval circulation grouting, and the large deformation of the roadway was effectively controlled, and the normal mining of the longwall panel was ensured, which provided an effective way for such deep mine roadway with soft rock. Finally, the support technical path of deep mine with ultra-soft rock roadway was proposed. Before the roadway was excavated, the roadway was actively modified by large-scale grouting with high pressure, the bolting-meshing-shotcreting with high-strength was carried out after excavation, and the large deformation the soft rock roadway in deep mine was fundamentally controled.
