Abstract
Abstract: With the continuous implementation of a number of new standards and specifications such asCoal mine Safety regulations, General technical specifications for smart mine information systems, Code for design of the fire protecting, sprinkling system in underground coalmine, Technical specifications of comprehensive dust control measures for fully mechanized excavation face,Technical specifications of comprehensive dust control measures for fully mechanized mining working face, The detailed rules for the coal mine fire prevention and extinguishment and so on, more standards have made detailed requirements on dust control and dust removal of all kinds of equipment, facilities and working places in coal mines. The mine "wind, water and electricity"linkage control of the new spray pump station is designed in accordance with the latest standards and specifications, which can meet the related requirements of aforementioned new standards and specifications on flow, pressure, spray effect, dust removal effect. The main functions of spray pump station include the following:realizing automatic control, monitoring and controlling filtration, pressure and flow, adopting multi-channel design which simultaneously meet the purposes of coal mining machine (roadheader), tunnel dust removal, firefighting, coal seam water injection and so on. The station was equipped with "electricity, water", "on, off" and other linkage locking functions to automatically increase or reduce the spray flow according to the equipment power condition and the real-time monitoring of the dust sensor.Besides, it employs the automatic analysis function of big data of intelligent mine to automatically control the motor and electric valve of spray pump according to the size of dust removal flow required by the working face, by which could spray on demand, reduce water and electricity consumption and achieve the purpose of environmental protection.Finally, a special filtration processproducing drinking water was introduced, finely meet the demand of employees in the mining face.
