Y.L. Zhukovskiy currently works at the Educational Research Center for Digital Technology (director) and Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Saint Petersburg Mining University (associate professor).
Zhukovsky Y is engaged in scientific research related to the development of systems for diagnosing and evaluating the residual life of electromechanical equipment based on the Internet of Things (IoT) and machine learning Machine Learning, the use of digital technologies for energy saving and increasing energy efficiency at enterprises of the mineral resource complex , as well as research in the field of intelligent power supply systems.
Zhukovsky Yu.L. is the author of more than 120 scientific papers, including 12 patents, 2 monographs, 33 articles included in the international citation database Scopus and Web of Science. Hirsch index– 12.
He took part in 10 research works, the results of the research are actively used for lectures and practical classes with students, as well as in advanced training courses for managers and specialists of industrial enterprises, held on the basis of the Mining University.
For the organization and assistance in holding international forums and engineering championships, he was repeatedly noted with letters of thanks from the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, and the Reliable Change Foundation.
Since 2010, he has been developing and managing advanced training courses and retraining of personnel for large Russian companies.
Zhukovsky Yu is an:
the head of the international summer schools in English "Modern Technologies in Energy", "Digital Mining" and "Sustainable Energy and Energy Efficiency".
Zhukovsky Yu.L. is an:
a member of the Federal Register of Experts in the Scientific and Technical Sphere of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation;
leads the working group on digitalization of the raw materials industry at the Russian-German Raw Materials Forum;
member of the working group on digitalization under the Council for Digital Transformation of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation
Laureate of the Prize of the Government of St. Petersburg for outstanding achievements in the field of higher and secondary vocational education in the nomination "Integration of education, science and industry" (2011);
laureate of the all-Russian competition "Engineer of the Year" according to the "Engineering Art of the Young" version in 2011.
